BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY ✨ DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE When booking your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required: * $20 — Waxing * $50 — Skin Lightening By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to The Beauty Era Co. LLC’s Booking & Cancellation Policy. ✨ RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule your appointment the day of, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. ✨ LATE ARRIVALS After 7 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If there is still enough time to accommodate your service, a $7 late fee will be applied. ✨ CANCELLATIONS You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. ✨ NO-CALL / NO-SHOW If you are a no-call/no-show, you will not be booked again and you will be charged 100% of the service price. If something comes up, please communicate with me as soon as possible so we can avoid this happening. Communication is key! 🔑 ✨ PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including our non-refundable deposit and cancellation policies. Attempting to obtain a refund through a bank, credit card company, or payment provider does not automatically override the policies agreed to at the time of booking. If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, The Beauty Era Co. LLC reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including booking confirmations, payment receipts, appointment records, cancellation/no-show records, and the policy accepted at the time of booking, in order to contest the dispute. A chargeback or payment dispute on a payment that is valid under the agreed-upon booking policy may result in future booking restrictions or refusal of future services. ✨ SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS Need an appointment on one of my days off or outside of my regular appointment times?
